Compliance/Audit Coordinator (SWB 158) – Irvine

Responsible for the preparation of Audit Committee Packages. Interact with various audit firms to obtain quotes, review scopes & schedule internal audits. Track regulatory/internal audit findings & recommendations and perform necessary follow-up on past due items, record/type minutes. Assist the Business Continuity Plan Coordinator in testing activities, and completing Business Impact Analysis. Assist the CRA Officer and the EVP/Chief Compliance Officer in other tasks and projects as needed. Minimum of two years experience in related field or equivalent experience; proficient with Word and Excel; excellent communications skills; must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and be able to redirect priorities. Strong knowledge of banking products offered in a business banking environment. Experience with FiServe and Patriot Officer is desired.
