Client Service Manager (SWB153) – Flagstaff
Responsible for the efficient operation of the branch. Provides a superior level of customer service and promotes the service and sales of the branch along with leadership, training and supervision to the branch staff. Maintains an expertise in risk management and branch policies and procedures and is responsible for monitoring and auditing the branch office for compliance with policies and procedures. Minimum of five years work experience, which must be directly related to branch processes and functions. Excellent communication skills, problem solving capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of all phases of branch management. Experience with FiServ preferred.
