Underwriter (SWB175) – Irvine

Responsible for underwriting loan requests for all types of construction, mini-perm, commercial lines of credit and term loans, commercial real estate, and SBA and other government guaranteed program loans. Will understand and be able to spread financial statements and tax returns for business and personal entities; understand commercial property cash flows; capable of preparing business and personal global cash flows; have knowledge of appraisal and environmental reports; prepare loan requests; review leases and rent rolls; and understand ground leases. Minimum five years experience underwriting all types of commercial, construction and real estate facilities for a banking institution, strong in both Microsoft Word and Excel, strong writing and grammatical skills.
