Will work with the Facilities Manager in the overall maintenance of facilities and equipment maintenance for all company locations; will assist with the planning for future building space and supply needs of the organization; communicate with supply vendors; field and handle service calls and maintain database of service calls; maintain key and alarm logs for corporate office; assist with the bank’s Disaster Recovery Plan manual and disaster recovery preparations. 2 years experience with customer service, administrative assistant and project management. Strong verbal and written communications skills; organized while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; advanced understanding of Word, Excel and Access.
