Account Executive (SWB210) – Irvine


Provides direct support to Relationship Managers of the Bank to manage and proactively address the needs of clients in connection with their loans and deposit relationships.  Prepares, or assists in the preparation of loan documents, financial spreading, new account documentation, compliance related materials, and any other administrative functions that are tied to the proper maintenance of a loan portfolio.  Minimum five years of experience in an administrative support role for a banking institution; strong knowledge of real estate closing, general experience with loan processing and title knowledge; understand different borrowing entity structures and knowledge of various leases; thorough knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services; good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
