Cash Management Specialist (SWB209) – Irvine, CA

Responsible for new client setups, inquiries, problem resolution and support to the Bank’s Cash Management clients with electronic/online banking products and services, including ACH origination, merchant check capture, sweeps, account analysis, lockbox support and other business banking products. Minimum two years experience in bank branch or central processing position; experience in researching and resolving basic to complex problems; demonstrated ability to interface effectively with management of defined customer base; familiar with business accounts and specialty deposits; excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong customer service skills; ability to multi-task; understanding of Word, Excel, and Fiserv.
