Client Service Supervisor (SWB208) – Tustin, CA

Works under the supervision of the Client Service Manager; is responsible for the supervision of the branch Client Service Representatives and Sr. Client Service Representatives; assumes the duties of the CSM in their absence; perform duties associated with opening all types of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts; provide backup for teller function; responsible for certifications; process levies and subpoenas; responsible for training of staff. Minimum 3 years teller and New Account experience plus one year of supervisory experience. Strong verbal and written communication abilities as well as strong organizational skills. Effective problem solving skills and provides superior customer service. Prior experience with Fiserv a plus.
