Customer Notice of Branch Conversion
We are pleased to inform you that, on July 26, 2010, the conversion from the systems of the former First State Bank (FSB) to Sunwest Bank’s systems will be complete. At that time, you will be able to conduct transactions at any of our locations listed on our website at www.sunwestbank.com.
Simultaneously, with the branch conversion, each of the former FSB deposit accounts will be converted to a similar Sunwest Bank deposit account. Please see the enclosed Account Conversion Table, Important Dates and Details, the corresponding disclosures and Schedule of Charges which are included with this mailing.
Account statements for all savings and checking accounts will be produced as of the end of business on July 25, 2010. Your first Sunwest Bank statement after the conversion will be produced on the regularly scheduled statement cycle date, and may not yet fully include all fees and charges as outlined in the enclosed Schedule of Charges and disclosures. However, beginning in October all statements will include fees and charges as outlined in the applicable Schedule of Charges.
All loans will be serviced at the Sunwest Bank Corporate Headquarters located in Tustin, California. All payments mailed on and after July 22, 2010 must be sent to: Sunwest Bank - Note Department, P.O. Box 1028, Tustin, CA 92781-1028.
